Automatic Handwriting

Channeling is a way to communicate with entities, or beings, living in other realms. Our Spirit Guides, and other light beings, bring us useful information for our growth and enlightenment. Since their energy is vibrating at a very high rate, and ours is much lower and dense, they must find an open channel where we can hear and experience their messages. In order to do this they have to bring down their rate of energy vibration low enough to get through to us. All we have to do is find a way to open up the channel. Most often, meditation is the way to achieve an altered state of consciousness and be open to receive messages. Many people, however, have been communicating with other realms for so long, that they become conscious channels. No meditation is necessary for this, although it is a useful tool, which ensures an accurate transmission.

Automatic Handwriting is a tool used for channeling. By holding a pen to a piece of paper and allowing the energy to flow through the channel’s hand, the result is communication from an entity, in writing form. Automatic Handwriting is a great way to experience channeling in a tangible form, which makes it easily identifiable. Some people need that concrete proof that it is in fact possible to communicate with the unseen realms.
