(This forecast was written as a combination November/December forecast. It is still valid for December. The cards above reflect the December spread.)

You may be feeling as though this has been a difficult time for you, Virgo. Maybe things have not really been going too smoothly since your birthday. That is because the taskmaster planet, Saturn, has moved into your sign -- and will stay for a 2-year-tour. And, to make matters even more complicated, Mercury had been retrograde October 10th through November 1st.

Mercury has now moved direct, which should have afforded you a feeling of things moving forward more freely now. And some of you Virgos might very well be experiencing some great opportunities being presented to you at this time. If you are on your right path, you could be taking important steps and planting seeds in some very fertile ground. You should expect then, to see success come your way on your inteded path.

As for right now you are most likely working on personal improvement. This is more of an inner-growth process rather than outer improvements. This will be something that is totally governed by your intentions. Whatever you can conceive you can achieve, so go ahead and set your sights on what you want -- then manifest it. But, you really should be focusing on self-improvement and growth right now.

You actually had thought that you would see a new beginning by your birthday. The fall held a promise of a successful new beginning after what had been a difficult summer, but it did not necessarily deliver for you.

Now, after all the disappointment you've had to endure, your faith in the Universe is -- let's just say -- less than 100%. Someone may have left your life abruptly, or you may be the one who left. Or, you may have recently found yourself in a situation where someone has taken advantage of you, or is trying to. Whatever the situation may be, or whoever this person is, he or she has really sunk to a low level. Nasty game-playing, one-upmanship and abuse can interfere with your daily life. Hopefully you're not the one cooking up schemes to get even with someone else. If you are, keep in mind that Karma will see to it you get what you deserve. This might be a good time to learn about improving yourself through letting go of old grudges and allowing for some new positive and productive energies to flow.

Another side to this scenario might very well be that once you got what you thought you wanted -- as in leaving a situation abruptly, for example -- you may have found you didn't really want that after all, but it was too late to change it.

Okay, so by mid-November you may find yourself a little discouraged. Well, rather than expecting all your plans to fall through, start looking at things in a new way. What happened to that silver lining? Inside evert dark cloud is a silver lining. You have to begin to look for the silver lining inside any situation -- that way you can begin to focus on planting those fruitful seeds in preparation of an abundant harvest.

I hope that the Thanksgiving holiday gave you some new perspective on your life, and reminded you to be grateful for all you do have, and shift your focus away from any dissapointments you've experienced. And the fact that December really pretty much doesn't take you any further isn't going to help if you don't shift your mindset to gratitude.

Once November wraps up, you will find yourself faced with a choice to make by the time December rolls around. The outcome of that choice is of the utmost importance so the emphasis, therefore, is on choosing wisely. Whether you realize it or not, you have been working on something very important up until now -- that being your spiritual growth and enlightenment. What you learn from your experiences is what will shape you move forward to your future. Keep in mind, choices you've made in the past are what create your future. Whether you want to accept it or not, fate has nothing to do with it. Your fate is yours to determine based on your decisions today. You can choose to be defeated and devoid of any faith at all, or you can choose to be successful and plan for your goals to find their way to fruition. Success can be yours in any area of your life, if you simply choose it.

The transition from November through December will be a time of growth and evolution for you spiritually, psychically, and emotionally. The entire month of December will be a month of transition. This will leave you feeling unstable and insecure unless you understand the process. Transition is actually a great place to be because it offers you unlimited possibilities. You can be anything you want, and you can have anything you want -- it's like a smorgasbord. It's a hard lesson for Virgo who always has to plan everything out in advance and then follow that plan exactly. This is your chance to experience what it feels like to go with the flow.

Don't be afraid that things will not go in your favor. Now is the time for you to muster up enough courage to have faith even when you don't feel like having faith. You may need to work on your perceptions a bit in order to see things go your way. In other words, you may need to begin to see things from a completely different viewpoint. Once you change your perceptions, your reality shifts to a new outcome. It is really pretty amazing if you can do it. Virgo will find this to be a challenge because so much of your emotional well-being rides on things going according to your plan. Once that plan gets interrupted your whole world comes crashing down. Now is your opportunity to free yourself from that rigid approach to life.

Not everything is going to be crystal clear to you during the month of December. One thing you will know for sure, it's a month of holiday celebrations and not that much gets done. It is also a month of endings, not new beginnings. Well, that's not entirely true, once we hit the winter solstice, we have a glimmer of new beginnings. December 22 this year is our winter solstice, and that will be the longest night of the year. From that day forward all the days will be getting longer and longer, which is why the Winter Solstice is the celebration of the light -- which can be interpreted as a new beginning. What I am trying to say is, look to this month to be a time of celebration but not just what we normally celebrate. For you, a time to celebrate a new beginning to your life. This will be a time for you to begin to see things differently and know that as you shift your perceptions you shift your reality. And until you actually choose a direction to follow -- until you actually choose a path -- your future will remain cloudy and out of focus to you. That is why choosing is of the utmost importance, because it will be your path.

By month's end, if all goes according to the way I see it here, you will find balance. Keep in mind what I said about Karma earlier, because by month's end you will most definitely reap what you have sown. Sow seeds of love, and that is what you will receive. Sow seeds of giving and you will receive abundance. You already know the words, Virgo, just put them into action and be sure that what you send out will come back threefold. Now will be your time to receive what you deserve -- and I know you will deserve the very best.
